Our customers satisfaction is our top priority, and we value each and everyone of you. Every item undergo a thorough check before we send them with a courier. However, should there still be a need for a return, please refer to our return policy:
Our policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if:
- 7 days have gone by since receiving from your courier.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must still be attached.
- Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors, therefore no refund or exchange due to color variances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Here’s how you easily handle your return:
1. Send a claim to our customer service email: email@example.com
2. Always include your order number when making a complaint
3. Describe the defect/problem on the product
4. Always attach a picture of the damaged product / goods so that we see what the problem is
5. We will then process your case as soon as we can
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded / exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective and all exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the same item is unavailable, we will provide you store credit for future purchases.
If the product is defect caused by manufacture, you have 7 days to return it. The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods with broken seals / without tags. The right to return or exchange a product also does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons.
We can only offer an exchange in conditions. Unfortunately we don't do refund unless you got a confirmation email from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to reject any item(s) thats does not meet the requirement of our return policy.
